Description

Working from home(WFH)  has some plus points, but there are also many challenges, especially during the winter months.
We will look at how WFH can affect our mental wellbeing and what we can each do to look after ourselves and our colleagues. 

  • Stress, covid-19 anxiety and Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD): what they are and what can help
  • Self-compassion definition and embodied practice
  • How WFH can cause stress
  • Coping strategies to reduce anxiety and stress while WFH

There'll be input from the trainer, Rachel Weiss, counsellor and coach, and the opportunity for small group discussions in breakout rooms, to share your own tips, and time for Q&A.

This workshop complements our workshop on "Supporting colleagues' mental wellbeing while working from home" on January 28th.
