The Jusoor Experience

Join Roxxanne Shelaby for guided Arab cultural experiences connecting dance with music, food, history, traditions and community.

Dancers, beginners and non-dancers are welcome. Participants must be 18 or older.

Jusoor—Arabic for “bridges”, takes learning beyond the studio and into the places, gatherings and communities that give Arab dance its meaning.

Each experience is personally led by Roxxanne Shelaby and includes cultural context, guided exploration and opportunities to connect with Arab music, food, history and community.
