Come to our 'One Stop Shop' An information event for residents with learning disabilities and/or autism, their families and carers.
This event will focus on transport options and travel support including:
- Travel training information
- Support to travel independently
- Information from local provider and council services
Stall Holders will include:
- Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT)
- Advocacy in Greenwich
- Greenwich Mencap
- Royal Hill Independent Living Service (RHILS)
- Day Opportunities 'Community Voices'
- Shared Lives
