Baby's First Christmas!
Celebrate your baby's first Christmas with a magical visit to Royal Grottos! The Adult + Baby Ticket allows you to bring a baby under 12 months to meet Father Christmas. Please note, this ticket does not include a gift or activity and must be purchased alongside a full child ticket for an older sibling. A perfect way to create cherished memories for the whole family!

Next, enter the warmth of Mrs Christmas’s Gingerbread Kitchen, where your child can decorate their own gingerbread man. The aroma of fresh gingerbread adds a touch of magic to this delightful activity.
Meet Father Christmas in his Study
While you enjoy the kitchen, each family will have a private audience with Father Christmas in his cosy study. Share your Christmas wishes, receive a small gift, and capture the magic with a photo alongside Father Christmas—a moment to cherish for years to come.

For little ones aged 1–3 years, it’s a beautifully illustrated storybook titled Ho Ho Ho, It's Christmas!—perfect for snuggling up with during the festive season.
For children aged 3 years and older, the magic continues with one of two enchanting books: Santa's Postbox or My Letter to Santa. Both come with a special letter-writing activity to help children share their Christmas wishes with Father Christmas. The book you receive will be a delightful surprise!

SENS Session – A Calmer Grotto Experience
We’re offering a special SENS session at 9am on Sunday, 8th December. This time is thoughtfully designed for children with special educational needs and disabilities, providing a calmer and more relaxed atmosphere.
While the number of guests will remain the same, we’ll take extra care to reduce noise and overstimulation, ensuring every child enjoys a magical and comfortable experience.
