Back at one of Edinburgh’s most iconic venues, our original trade show returns with 25+ supplier stands across five rooms. A great chance to connect with brands and producers, sample upcoming releases and prepare for the busy season ahead.

Ready, Steady, Mix Cocktail Competition

We had so much fun with last year's competition theme we've decided to bring it back! ‘Ready, Steady, Mix!’ is a light hearted cocktail competition with a nod to classic cook-off chaos. You will receive a mystery box of spirits and liqueurs, as well as access to wildcard ingredients and garnishes. With just 10 minutes on the stopwatch, create your best drink for our judging panel, who will score you on taste, presentation and creative flair!

We have some exceptional prizes on offer, with the first place winner receiving an overnight stay and masterclass tour at The Macallan and Glenrothes distilleries! Want to take part? Come along to the show and register with our Cocktail Comp MC, Ross Mitchell or let your Account Manager know.
