Chris Smith - The Edible Garden

Chris Smith of Pennard Plants has kindly agreed to come and talk to us about Edible Plants. Chris as been involved in horticulture for longer than he cares to remember. He established Pennard Plants in 2001 with partner Mike and 25 years on they are still offering a very wide range of edible plants and Heritage and Heirloom seeds. They have exhibited at all the major shows including winning gold at Chelsea on numerous occasions. Pennard Plants no longer exhibit at the shows, but came to the Royal Windsor Flower Show for the first time this year and will be back in 2027. Their thriving mail order business ships throughout the UK.

The talk is free to members, and costs £10 for non-members.

The York Club bar will be open for light refreshments.

Doors open at 7 pm, and the talk starts at 7.30 pm.
