Summer Workshops - Embossing with Olivia

Join Olivia Davies, an artist and educator, to discover more about how to create your own embossing, before creating your own object to take home.

Suitable for ages 8+, all resources are included.

An accompanying adult is required to stay at the Museum for the duration of the workhop. There will be free tea/coffee and some activities for non-participating siblings to enjoy.

Olivia Davies is a community artist who freelances in a variety of museums, galleries and heritage settings, as well as visiting schools and community groups. Often working with young people and students, she develops and leads workshops on themes such as Roman mosaics, Neolithic pottery, and embossing. She studied fine art at the University of Hertfordshire, and since then has used the skills from the course to inspire people to try new skills, including drawing, pottery and printing.
