Pet First Aid & Wellbeing Workshop
When a pet emergency happens, the first few minutes can make all the difference. Join us at Langham Hall in Rutland for a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help you recognise emergencies and respond with confidence.
This two-hour session is led by our Head Veterinary Nurse, Amie Green, who brings extensive clinical experience in both emergency and routine animal care. Using veterinary-based guidance, you’ll learn how to act quickly, provide immediate first aid, and understand when urgent veterinary treatment is needed.
What you’ll learn:
- How to recognise when a pet is in distress
- CPR and emergency response techniques
- When to monitor a situation and when to contact a vet
- General wellbeing tips to keep your pet healthy
You’ll also take part in practical exercises, including CPR demonstrations and basic bandaging.
Who it’s for:
Perfect for pet owners, dog walkers, pet sitters, groomers, and anyone working with or caring for animals. No previous experience is required.
