We are delighted to welcome you to back to Ruby's Fund. You can exclusively hire the sensory room for for one hour. The room has a limit of 12 individuals

Please note: This room does not have a window we can open for ventilation 

The cafe and soft play is open and you have a table reserved between 10.45-11.45am

We have introduced a new booking system to help us support the COVID 19 Test & Trace service and to be able to clean and sanitise between sessions. If you have any questions please email: info@rubysfund.co.uk before purchasing tickets. When purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to follow the Government guidance at all times in the centre. This session maybe subject to change as we follow Government guidance.

We have completed COVID 19 risk assessments for all areas of the centre an as such have made changes to the running of the centre for visitors, room hirers and for our staff and volunteers in their workplace.

Please note the following changes have been put in place for your safety:

1. The carpet has been replaced with vinyl flooring for easier cleaning
2. Hand sanitiser units are situated around the centre for use during your visit
3. The cafe is open at selected times please check our website
4. Supervise your child/ren at all times in all areas of the centre
   

Please read our COVID 19 arrival policy for all visitors.

1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your pre-booked session and wait outside the main door
2. Reception staff will book you in and complete our COVID 19 checks
3. All visitors will be asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival and regularly during your session
4. Please follow signs around the centre for COVID 19 at Ruby's guidance
5. You are encourage to 'check in' using the NHS Test & Trace app which is displayed in all areas
6. FACE COVERINGS are preferred due to the nature of our charity

PLEASE do not visit Ruby's Fund if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID 19 or are awaiting test results.
