CASTING ASSOCIATE PAUSHALI BANIK | TV / FILM CASTING WORKSHOP

WORKSHOP FORMAT

Having looked at your Spotlight CV and Showreel, Paushali Banik will send out a selection of scenes before the workshop. Please choose a scene that suits you best regardless of gender, age and ethnicity. Paushali would like you to be as familiar with the text as possible.

Following an introduction, participants will film their tape with Paushali under audition conditions (with the whole group present).

We have superb equipment for the best learning experience. Paushali will give each participant notes allowing them the chance to do a second take. This will be followed by a short tea break and an informal Q&A.

**Your scenes will be recorded with broadcast quality equipment. Upon request, you have the option to receive your footage after the session for no extra cost!**

BIO

Paushali is now working as a Casting Associate for Jina Jay. She has been working in casting since 2013. Her first experience in casting was for an independent film company in India during her gap year. Since then, she has worked as a Casting Assistant & Associate alongside some of UK’s leading Casting Directors such as Dixie Chassay, Theo Park, Andy Brierley and Victor Jenkins amongst many others. Her credits include projects for Netflix, Paramount, Apple, BBC, ITV, Amazon Prime, C4, Hulu, HBO and more.
