CASTING DIRECTOR SOFIE GOLDING-SPITTLE | TV / FILM CASTING WORKSHOP

WORKSHOP FORMAT

Following an introduction, participants will film their tape with Sofie Golding-Spittle under audition conditions (with the whole group present). We have superb equipment for the best learning experience. Sofie will give each participant notes allowing them the chance to do a second take. This will be followed by a short tea break and an informal Q&A.

Sofie Golding-Spittle will send a selection of sides for you to choose from regardless of age, gender or ethnicity and would like participants to be as familiar with text as possible.

**Your scenes will be recorded with broadcast quality equipment. Upon request, you have the option to receive your footage after the session for no extra cost!**

BIO

Sofie Golding-Spittle is a London-based casting director working internationally across film and television, recognised for her sharp eye for emerging talent and instinctive approach to performance-driven casting. Passionate about discovering actors with authenticity, depth, and screen presence, she has built a reputation for identifying both exciting new faces and emotionally compelling performers.

Having worked alongside renowned casting directors Jeremy Zimmermann, Des Hamilton, and US casting director Fern Champion, Sofie brings first-hand insight into high-level casting processes across both the British and international industry. Her experience spans collaborations with Oscar-winning Directors, producers, and creative teams to help shape projects from development and create ensembles that elevate the storytelling.
