WORKSHOP FORMAT
This full day workshop will focus on screen acting techniques, to give the actor a feel for what it's like to work on set with Julian Holmes. Discover how to make the most of the material. How to make the most of the subtext in a scene! Discuss blocking a scene and working with the camera’s choreography. We will explore all the above through practical exercises, discussion and acting from scripts
Upon request, you have the option to receive your footage after the session for no extra cost!
BIO
Julian Holmes is a highly experienced director with extensive credits across US and UK HETV.
Known for his work on THE BOYS S3 (Prime), MONARCH: LEGACY OF MONSTERS (Apple TV), and REACHER (Paramount), Julian recently directed the second block of Neil Forsyth's LEGENDS, starring Steve Coogan and Tom Burke, for Objective Fiction / Netflix.
His further credits include THE RECRUIT S2 (Netflix), NOUGHTS & CROSSES (BBC), CARNIVAL ROW S2 (Prime), REACHER (Prime), and SUITS.
