Iain is one of Britain’s leading political commentators and bloggers. He presents the Evening Show on LBC Radio (Monday-Thursday 7pm-10pm) and is the author of more than 50 political books including Why Can’t We All Get Along: Shout Less, Listen More and The Prime Ministers 1721-2020: Three Hundred Years of Political Leadership.

Iain's new book about Margaret Thatcher is due for imminent release.

As well as regular TV and media appearances, Iain co-hosts the podcast Where Politics Meets History with historian Dr Tessa Dunlop, and was previously known for co-hosting the The Rest Is Politics podcast with Labour's former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith.

Iain was the Conservative candidate for North Norfolk in the 2005 general election, before giving active politics for a media career.
