  • Toes-to-Bar

  • Kipping Pull-Up / Chest-to-Bar

  • Butterfly Pull-Up / Chest-to-Bar

  • Strict Strength Overview

1:00pm – 4:30pm · Handstand Seminar

  • Intro to Handstands

  • Handstand Holds & Walks

  • HSPU Strength & Skill

Prerequisites

Bar / Ring Muscle-Up: 3 strict pull-ups, 3 strict ring dips, and basic kipping pull-up / C2B ability
Bar Basics: Strict pull-up encouraged, but scalable for all levels
Handstand: Ability to complete a full wall walk and hold for 10 seconds at end range
