Town Crier's Ghost Walk

Enjoy a 2+ hour guided ghost walk around some of Rye's spookiest spots, with the Town Crier, hearing about some of the town's most notorious paranormal tales. Tours include admission to the 18th century Town Hall.

Ghost walks start from outside Rye Town Hall (TN31 7LA).

The majority of the walk takes place outside and will go ahead whatever the weather (unless exceptionally poor), so please dress accordingly. If for any reason a walk does need to be cancelled you will be contacted via email.

Terrain on the walks is varied, so please wear sensible footwear.

Ghost walks not recommended for under 12’s, subject to parental discretion. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings are subject to a transaction fee of 20p per transaction + 1.5% of your total ticket cost.

Walks start at 7pm during British Summer Time. From 25 October 2026, walks start at 6.30pm.
