Calling the Young Dreamer within you – to imagine, express and fancy dress!

🕕 Time: 4:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

🏛️ Venue: Resident X, Marischal Square, Broad St, Aberdeen, AB10 1 BL

Walk into your very own little art studio - with everything you need (paint, easel, canvas, brushes, inspiration, good energy and mixed media materials) plus good music, people and energy - and create a piece of art to take home. No previous painting experience is necessary.

A live musician will also be performing for one hour of the event ! This event supports other forms of the arts : )

THEME & FANCY DRESS

Our theme will be a cherished French artist - but as always - you can paint anything you prefer and don't need to stick to the theme.

Fancy dress theme: Parisian Street Artist – an ode to those whimsical street painters who sprinkle the city with magic!

What's included?

• A three-hour session of creating your painting in a free flowing setting
• An inspiration board to get you started on 'what' you'd like to paint
• Brushes and a small table easel to use during the class
• Paints and additional materials
• Photos taken throughout the session and posted on our Facebook and IG page
• The opportunity to fully explore your creative side and have a break from your screens
• Your unique canvas ( 8 x 10”) to take home!

Sipping

Drinks of your choice will be on sale at Resident X and there will be drink specials available and a signature cocktail for the event.

Additional information

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to order a drink and grab a seat of your choice. Doors will be open from 4:45 p.m.

• Bring an apron (if you wish to protect your clothes), creativity and good energy - and a bag to take home your masterpiece.

• You can come with your crew or fly solo but if your group is large - please let me know and I can reserve a space to ensure you all sit together.
• Fancy dress is strongly recommended.
