Sabina's Supper Club

I am a MasterChef 2026 Semi-Finalist, and this is one of an intimate supper club dinner series. This isn't just a meal; it's a five-course tasting experience where every dish tells a story. Each course represents a different milestone from my culinary journey. More than that, it's about flavour that is bold, layered, with unexpected combinations that make you pause mid-bite. The evening kicks off at 7:00 PM with a welcome drink, followed by the first course served around 7:30 PM. Wine is included with the meal. It's a great opportunity to meet new people and have good conversations, even if you've never been to a supper club before. It's personal, and I'm genuinely excited to share my cooking with you. Seats are limited to keep it small, and each night offers a fresh experience. The menu is currently being finalised and will be sent out closer to the time. You'll be able to let me know about any food allergies when you check out. The evening concludes around 10:15 PM.
