Portugal Golden Visa

We have been assisting clients with this programme since the inception of the Golden Visa legislation in late 2012. To date we have supported in excess of 400 families on this journey to Portuguese residency and our earliest investors and family members have now secured Portuguese citizenship and passports.

• EUR 500,000 minimum investment into a qualifying investment fund.
• Direct route to Portuguese nationality, without the need to relocate to Portugal.
• Nationality can be applied for after five years of residency.
• Qualifying investment can be liquidated once nationality has been approved.
• Applicants can include a spouse, partner, children, adult dependent children and parents onto one family application.
• Minimum stay requirement in Portugal is just seven days per year.
• Once Portuguese nationality has been secured, the applicant will hold an EU member country passport and will have full freedom of movement to live, work, study and/or retire in any EU member state.
