Sound Bath & Primal Singing with Wendy Milbauer and Laurel Armstrong

The Sound-Bath/Primal Singing combo returns to the Zen Den!

Come experience a live sound-bath from Wendy Milbauer where you will be cradled and transported by the sounds of crystal bowls, flute, and percussion. This will lead right into a Primal Singing jam with Laurel Armstrong where you will get to make some sounds of your own!
You don't need to be a "singer" for this, just willing to experiment with your voice alongside some new and some returning chums. Primal Singing helps not only with opening up your own voice, but creating a grounded and playful community experience as many voices create together.

This event is held in the apartment alongside the Zen Den. Sound-Bath starts between 7:20-7:30 so folk have time to grab drinks in the lounge and get cozy in the plush community space.
