This retreat focuses on clearing the physical and emotional body of shame, guilt and fear related to sexuality and authenticity. The deeper transformation comes from reconnecting to your personal power, exploring sexuality is a deep path to encountering our own power challenges and gifts.

This is done through multiple pathways using the best of the ancient temple arts including Tantra, Taoist and Shamanic traditions and adding to this more modern day NLP, bioenergetics, guided visualization, emotional release, Kundalini activation, energy tracking, conscious touch and consent skills. The list above are just a few of the practices we use to dive deep into the inner realms. The inner masculine and inner feminine archetypes* are explored because when they are fully integrated a door opens to a deeper knowing of the Self as whole and complete.



* A note on Masculine & Feminine

Please don’t perceive that our use of the terms masculine and feminine is an indicator that ISTA operates from place of duality and gender separation. We do not, far from it we realise that we are all masculine and feminine regardless of our physical form. We use this terminology as it is an effective model for understanding the different energies or qualities that each if us is made up of. They do not translate to men and women or male and female.



Unique to ISTA

Three skilled Temple Arts Faculty all international teachers in their own right will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where our power awaits to be reclaimed. You will receive information, guidance and lots of experiential practice around self love, boundaries and consent, emotional release, voice dialogue, neurological reprogramming, Orgasmic Yoga, learning to work with shamanic energy, owning one’s desires and the ability to manifest, accessing and speaking from your contra-sexual self (i.e gender opposite), conscious communication, Transformational Shamanic Breathwork, ancient temple arts rituals of healing/initiation and a powerful sexual clearing and activation processes.



Supportive Group Process

This event unfolds within a powerful group process based on safety, trust, unconditional love, intimacy and acceptance of what is arising. By the end of this event, you will feel more in touch with your body, feel a sense of greater aliveness and presence, be more aware of your patterns and have some skills as to how to change them, have more awareness of your emotions and how to hold them, lighter and perhaps more relaxed. You will be more in touch with effortless flow of life, no matter what it looks like

• It will show you where your inner masculine and inner feminine are immature, unhealthy or where they are at war and it will guide you to bring them back towards union, love and integration. This is huge!

• It will invite you to reconnect to, master and to learn to love your emotional body and heart power, as well as your physical self.

• It will show you your glorious energy being and share skills as to how to dance with this energy body alongside your physical body.

• It will encourage you and show you how to seek wisdom from your body and heart, instead of your mind.

• Provide powerful opportunities for shamanic healing.

• Remember how to love yourself, to feel the healing power of pleasure and it will offer you ways to expand your sexuality and orgasmic potential.

• To allow you to see and deeply understand that sexuality and spirituality are one.

• Offer you opportunities for deep healing around lost love, sexuality, grief, self love and mother and father wounds.

• To shine a light on places where culture, religion and society has kept us from expressing who we really are.

• Take part in powerful rituals that can bring deep healing and power reclamation.

• It will ask you to consider what your life might look like, if it was not controlled by societies expectations, ego, family, fear, shame and guilt?

• It will plead with you to know what it truly is to be a sovereign being.

As this is a journey through life's core experiences and wounds, it is universal. It touches and can affect individuals of any age, background, sexuality etc, if you choose to allow it and if you are open to receive the wisdom and gifts. The ISTA experience has reached people in all of their diversity. The individuals who have taken this training so far cover a wide age range from 18 to 80, varied backgrounds, all sexual orientations, those who are gender fluid or trans, differing professions from students, artists, surgeons, people from many different religions, races and nationalities.

Some people take this training for their own personal evolution, to gain a deeper self-connection and to enrich their relationships and empower their lives. Others are interested in exploring how it will add to their own professional life, whatever that may be, and some are interested in the professions of Sacred Sexual Practitioner or Sexuality Educator.

People from various sexual/relational paths including celibacy, monogamy, and polyamory are also drawn to ISTA. As are people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Couples, individuals and relationship groups of any formation are welcome.

The practices offered in this training are designed to touch us deeply at the core of our lives as an embodied being.

No prior knowledge of or experience in shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary.

The greater mix of prior experiences the richer the training!

If it is your truth, it is possible to complete the entire training/experience without touching another person.

Nudity and intimate touch are optional parts of this training.

The cornerstone of this work is about consent, developing healthy boundaries and communication. You are always at choice and the facilitators will help you navigate what is authentic for you.

In order to book your spot:

1) Pay your deposit of 550€ following the Registration link.

2) Fill in the Participant Form (you will be redirected there automatically after the checkout or you can find the link to the Form in your booking confirmation email).

3) You will receive a full Welcome letter with all information about the training once your spot is fully booked and earliest 2 months before the training. Second payment of 750€ is due by 21st September 2025 directly to the venue. The remaining balance depending on your fee (third payment) is due in cash upon arrival & registration on the 21st October itself.

• Price includes tuition, delicious vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and shared accommodation.
• Limited twin and single room upgrades are available at an extra fee (register early to secure yours).
• Price excludes any incurred costs for travel to and from the venue and other personal expenses.
• Exact location will be shared upon registration.
• All bank transfer fees and charges are the responsibility of the participant.

Reservation and Deposit

• A deposit of 550 EUR should be paid in order to reserve your seat and secure your place at the event.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
   • If you book online or remotely, you have 14 calendar days from the date of booking to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and receive a full refund of the deposit.
   • Important: If you register on or after September 21, 2025, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, even if it is within 14 days of booking. By registering after this date, you waive your right to withdraw.
2. Cancellation After the 14-Day Withdrawal Period (Before September 21, 2025):
   • If you cancel after the withdrawal period but before September 21, 2025, your deposit is partially refundable, minus a 150€ administrative fee to cover processing costs.
   • This fee applies in all cases of cancellation, including illness or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellation After September 21, 2025:
   • From September 21, 2025, onwards, the 550€ deposit becomes fully non-refundable and non-transferable to other events or individuals.
4. Second Payment (750€ – Paid Directly to the Venue):
   • A second payment of 750€ is due directly to the venue by September 21, 2025. Instructions where to pay it will be delivered after registration.
   • This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Final Payment:
   • The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival. If you require alternative payment arrangements, you must notify the organizer before booking your spot.
6. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure Clause):
   • If you are unable to attend due to serious medical reasons (proven with a doctor's note) or force majeure (e.g., travel restrictions), you may request to transfer your booking to a future event. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note: A cancelled flight does not qualify as force majeure.

The Izera Mountains, straddling the border between Poland and the Czech Republic, are a serene and under-explored part of the Western Sudetes. This region is a treasure trove of natural beauty, characterized by dense forests, undulating hills, and vast meadows that come alive with a kaleidoscope of wildflowers in spring. Its highest peak, Wysoka Kopa, offers breathtaking panoramic views, making it a haven for nature lovers and hikers alike.

Beyond its natural allure, the Izera Mountains are steeped in history and local lore, with remnants of past mining operations and ancient legends adding depth to its enchanting landscape. This region promises a tranquil escape, where visitors can reconnect with nature and experience the quiet majesty of the mountains.

This area is fabulous for clean air, healing spring waters and beautiful recreational sites. It is two hours away from Wrocław, Prague or Drezno and 3,5h from Berlin.

Our venue is a gorgeous ecological mountain house located at the outskirts of a picturesque Polish mountain town in Izery Mountains. Food served is vegetarian and mostly organic or bought directly from local farmers. Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs. Spring-quality water is drinkable directly from the tap.

Accommodation is offered in beautiful and specious 4-8 people apartments in rooms of 2-4 people. Each Apartment has a small kitchenette and dining area. (In case your diet requires non-vegetarian ingredients you can bring that with you and eat in the apartment itself).

Once this venue is full, we offer extra accommodation in nearby houses within a similar standard.

Single rooms might be possible to arrange (in the off-site houses only).

About 1 month before the start of the training we will create a Telegram group where you can share rides.

Aim to arrive to the venue between 12pm - 2pm on the 7.10.

Departure earliest 4pm on the 14.10.

You CANNOT arrive to the venue any other dates than indicated above. If you like to come earlier or stay longer in the area please book yourself an extra accommodation.

From Berlin:

By car: 3h - 3,5h journey

By shared shuttle: If there will be enough demand we will organise for you a shared shuttle from Berlin or Berlin Airport at a cost of around 60-70€/ one way.

By train & taxi: Hourly trains from Berlin to Görlitz (2h 40min) and from there 50min ride by taxi to the venue. Please arrive to Görlitz at 11:14 or 12:14 (and absolute latest at at 13:14) and let the organiser know to book you the taxi ride. Taxi ride is 50€/ride and you can share it with up to 4 people.

Departure after the training: The train departs from Görlitz to Berlin at 16:43 (absolute earliest), 17:43, 18:43 - recommended.

This is an individual process that happens in a group environment and a level of ability to be self responsible is needed to navigate the spiritual sexual shamanic space. ISTA is a mystery school and approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul. We recommend that if there is known deep seated trauma, individuals seek one on one sessions and get the ok from their therapist before entering the group process.
