How to Be a Loving Rock (Part 1)

Part 1 of the two-part Loving Rock Karma Yoga Training Course. 

This 7-month course will occur from March – Sept of 2026. It meets on the second and fourth Thursdays for 2-hours at 5pm PT/8pm ET.

• April: Loving Awareness
• MAY: Practice
• JUNE: Tending to Self
• JULY: Companioning
• AUG: Spiritual Support 101
• SEPT: Final Reflections, Intentions, and Commitments

Note: This course is the prerequisite for the Advanced Loving Rock Training. 

In line with SCP Values, this is a sliding-scale course with scholarships available for those in need. This Part 1 Course is a 7-month, 70-hour certificate training, and the sliding-scale cost is between $500-1000. We kindly ask people to pay at the highest rate they can afford.
