Journey with Chef Izzeldin Bukhari to the Heart of Palestine

Join us for a celebration of Palestinian culture and cuisine with renowned Palestinian chef Izzeldin Bukhari of Sacred Cuisine, visiting from East Jerusalem.

Izzeldin will share traditional Palestinian appetizers and delight you with stories about Palestinian food, ingredients, history and how Palestinian cuisine is a fundamental part of society.  Learn about how food can be part of cultural resistance.  As Izzeldin says,
