Antony of The Spirit Song will be holding Sacred Sound Bath Meditations at Elmslie House once a month on a Sunday evening. 

(Angie of Sacred Earth Sound Therapy) now does a separate session on a Friday evening due to other commitments ) .

This is such a special venue to be surrounded with sacred sound!

The wooden floor maximises the vibrations of the gongs , transporting you into delightful dreamscapes and inner journeys of tranquillity.

When Antony plays you will have the healing vibrations of 3 beautiful Paiste Gongs creating a truly surround sound experience ♥

Spaces are limited to the size of the room .

What should I bring?

Please bring either a yoga mat , air mat or sleeping bag to lie on , a cushion or pillow for your head and a warm blanket to wrap yourself in during the meditation. If you have problems lying on the floor you are welcome to bring your own comfy chair or recliner to sit back in . Bring an extra cushion for your back or knees if you wish.
Just lie back and relax as we take you through a gentle meditation followed by an hour of sublime sound and vibrations.

Winter - please bring extra layers and padding to keep warm if you wish to. 

Summer - You may wish to bring a scarf or eye pad to cover your eyes during the light evenings if you prefer darkness for meditation. Please always bring layers and wear sock even if it is hot weather ! 

Doors open at 7.15pm - please wait in your car if you are early as we need enough time to set up and get ready. We begin at 7.30 pm sharp. Once we begin we can't admit late arrivals as it disturbs the meditation.

Venue 
Elmslie House is an elegant venue and a private Grade II listed family home set in the heart of Great Malvern just a few minutes walk from the town centre and Great Malvern station. There is free parking along adjacent roads - no parking on site. It has ground floor access via a wooden door located on the left of the main drive. 


Do I need to have been to a Sound Bath before?

Absolutely not ! We love welcoming new people to the amazing experience of sound and vibrational healing. Just bring your mat, a cushion and an open mind.

contraindications: 
Due to the powerful vibrations of the gongs this session is not suitable for those with heart conditions or pacemakers , those who suffer from epilepsy, those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from acute mental illness. If in doubt please message us for more info. we may use a small amount of natural oil incense to cleanse the space before guests arrive. If you have an allergy or are sensitive to incense please advise me via email before attending the session.

Illness / Covid - 19 info :

Sound Baths are very low risk events. We do not discriminate - It is the responsibility of each client to take any extra personal precautions which may be needed. If you have any symptoms of infectious illness or Covid-19 please do not attend. If you have a cough please do not attend for the consideration of others relaxation. By purchasing tickets you agree to the above conditions. No transfers given to alternative dates. Refunds are given if the event is cancelled by myself due to illness but not if it is cancelled due to Governmental intervention e.g lockdowns/restrictions.
