A BEAUTIFUL HEALING SOUND EXPERIENCE using the ANCIENT SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES

An immersive Angelic soundscape using the healing frequencies of the Solfeggio 9 note scale. Played in specific sequencies and combinations to help cleanse, clear and re-balance our body, mind and energetic field. These frequencies can aid in bringing the emotional, mental and physical bodies back into their natural state of harmony, soothing the nervous system and activating a connection to the Divine from within.

In contrast to my general Sound Baths which are aimed at relaxation for all regardless of their beliefs or path, this sound experience will be offered more specifically at those engaged in - or open to - a deeper Spiritual awakening and intentional connection to our Soul, the Angelic Realm and raising our overall vibrational frequency. This session is more towards being theraputic rather than just relaxation ....think of the equivelent of a deep sports massage that's getting the knots out rather than simply a soothing massage! 

I will be using a gentle combination of Solfeggio Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls , Harmony Pipes and Koshi Chimes with a guided healing light meditation at the beginning and activating affirmations channelled from Spirit.

The session will be in three parts :

* Starting with a gentle but powerful guided visualisation to cleanse and clear your biofield (Aura) with light and connect energetically with the Angelic Realms.

* Total sound immersion with the Solfeggio Frequencies played in specific sequences to bring about deep alchemical transformation. Some of these combinations can be releasing as well as harmonising, so expect deep work!

* Channelled Affirmations for empowerment and remembrance of your divinity and a being of light having a Human experience.

* Finally - sending love and harmony into the crystalline grid of the Earth to assist in raising planetary consciousness at this time of instability and great change.The old world and control systems are crumbling and a new world more community based is starting to emerge through the chaos.

What ARE the Solfeggio Frequencies?

The original Solfeggio scale consisted of six tones. However, three additional frequencies, which include 174 Hz, 285 Hz, and 963 Hz, were later discovered to create the modern-day scale of nine tones. Together they form a vibrational gateway of Sacred Geometry to higher consciousness and transformation:

A deeper look at each Solfeggio Frequency :

174 Hz - This frequency is believed to reduce pain and lower stress. It contains certain nodes and background tones that target the chakras and develop the healing power and energy to bring about a sense of wellbeing. This frequency can also help to lessen emotional pain and open you up to greater love and courage and may act as a natural anaesthetic or “painkiller” . Some relate this frequency with the Earth Star Chakra just beneath our feet that grounds us into this physical dimension. The deep nurturing 3rd octave tone from this crystal bowl feels like your getting a comforting hug from the Earth Mother herself.

285 Hz - is soothing and calming and is claimed to “send a message” through the energy field to heal and restore tissues and damaged organs in the body. Helps speed up the healing of burns, fractures, sprains, cuts and other injuries to the limbs and boosts the immune system. It is believed that this frequency creates positive shifts to help recovery from an illness, operation or injury.

396 Hz - This frequency vibrates to the Root Chakra and also helps to balance that energy centre. It is good for letting go of grief and loss and for removing negative blocks such as fear and guilt. It is one of the fundamental frequencies in sound healing. 396 Hz frequency music helps to create a strong magnetic energy field which gives us the power to achieve our ambitions, and its vibrations release us from the chains of negativity. The frequency is also used for awakening and turning grief and sadness into joy.

417 Hz - This is said to be the frequency of change and renewal. Just as guilt and fear can be an obstacle along the path to growth, so too can the traumatic experiences we’ve had in life that remain impressed upon our consciousness. Like waves washing over the seashore, 417 Hz clears the debris of negative memories and influences from our mind. It helps us change our perspective and face the present and future with fresh eyes and a fresh spirit.

528 Hz - This mysterious frequency of love and miracles has the power to transform our world. Whether it’s reducing our anxiety and stress, healing our DNA, or simply spreading the frequency of love through the world. 528 resonates with nature, from the trees to the bees, vibrating at the same frequency found in rainbows and the sun. A 2018 study from Japan discovered that music tuned to the frequency of 528 Hz significantly reduced stress in the endocrine systems and autonomic nervous systems — even after a mere five minutes of listening. Increases the feelings of positivity and love and activates creative thinking and solutions to challenges.

639 Hz - This frequency is a tone of connection and relationships, creating peace and harmony in our interactions and communications with the people around us. Often linked to the Heart centre - whether friends, family, or strangers, it can smooth over any rockiness or resentment between us and our loved ones. 639 is a social frequency - one of understanding, sympathy, tolerance, and mutual respect. If you have struggled to forgive someones actions or behaviour then this frequency helps us drop into a higher perspective to see how these experiences have helped us grow at a Soul level.

741 Hz - This is a tone of problem solving, more specifically problems relating to our ability to express ourselves freely and openly. 741 Hz frees us of emotional restrictions, but it also said to remove toxins and electromagnetic radiation from our cells.741 Hz can help to promote a healthier and more stable life, both emotionally and physically.

852 Hz - As we’ve climbed the scale from the lowest to the highest frequencies, we find ourselves dealing with higher planes of consciousness. 852 Hz enables us to connect with a higher power and the ever-present spirit of the universe. It also gives us a glimpse of the spiritual order of the world, while also bringing us more in tune with our own higher self.

963 Hz - Awakens any system to it's original, perfect state. It is a connection to light and to Spirit enabling direct experience and a return to Oneness - our true nature.

Free ample onsite parking at rear carpark - follow the signs on entry and then walk back to the main buildings . The Carthouse is on your left just passed the studio courtyard and cafe. 

Session begins at 7.30 pm and ends at approx 8.45 pm . Doors open 7.15pm. Please allow until 9pm run over.

What to Bring 

Please bring something comfy to lie on , a cushion, a blanket and any crystals or power items you wish to have with you for the sound experience. Also a bottle of water for hydration and grounding , and in lighter evenings if you prefer complete darkness for meditation an eye pad or lightweight scarf to cover your eyes . Bring as much as you need for a comfortable journey. Please note that although there is sometimes mats, bolsters and eye pads at the carthouse they are not officially provided by me or the venue so it is always advised to bring everything you need.

Contraindications  - please read before booking 

Due to the powerful vibrations of the instruments this session is not suitable for those with heart conditions or pacemakers , those who suffer from epilepsy, ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from acute mental illness or grief. If in doubt please message us for more info as a group setting may not be suitable for induvidual needs. I may use a small amount of natural oil incense to cleanse the space before guests arrive. If you have an allergy or are sensitive to incense please advise me via email before attending the session.

Illness / Covid - 19 info :

Sound Baths are very low risk events. It is the responsibility of each client to take any extra personal precautions which may be needed. If you have any symptoms of an infectious illness please do not attend. If you have a cough please do not attend for the consideration of others relaxation. By purchasing tickets you agree to the above conditions. No transfers given to alternative dates. Refunds are given if the ticket can be resold or if the event is cancelled by myself . No refunds issued if event is cancelled due to Governmental intervention beyond my control e.g lockdowns/restrictions.

Bad Weather Policy :

We regret that due to high costs transfers or refunds can only be issued if we cancel an event. It is down to personal choice and individual circumstances to decide if you wish to stay home or attend a session during bad weather or floods.

I work predominantly with the Angelic Realm in my energy work - firstly with the four Archangels and secondly with a collective of Seraphim guides which includes Metatron & Sandalphon. Metatron connects us to the heavenly realms above and the Akashic records using Sacred Geometry , Sound and Light. Sandalphon aids us in completing our energetic circuit and grounding into Mother Earth , bringing the balance of above and below, higher mind and heart , sacred masculine and feminine. 

I have been guided to take a portion of my sound healing work to a higher level for those who are on a Spiritual awakening path wishing to connect more fully with their inner light and divinity. The planet is shifting very fast now - as the old world structure continues to dissolve we will need to find ways to transmute old pattern, fears and beliefs, and find stillness, sovereignty and wisdom from within. 

It is time to remember who we truly are. 

We will be working verbally with the Angelics , but also non-verbally with higher dimensional Galactic energies from Sirius and the Pleiades through the sounds and frequencies I play. 

It will be a safe energetic space for you to explore the multidimensional aspects of your Soul.  You do not need to be knowledgeable about any of the above information - simply coming along with an open mind and heart will help you shift and transform into a higher vibrational state. All you need to do is drop into the space, listen and allow the sounds to bathe you in light. 

You may stay very present and aware, you may drift off into a deep, restful sleep, or you may have an inner journey where you connect with the Spirit realms, guides and Angelics....there is no right or wrong....only your own unique experience of the sounds. When we allow ourselves to deeply relax and let go of the ego mind our higher self, guides and Angels can speak to us more easily because we have turned down the mental 'noise' . Allow images, thoughts and feelings to drift in and out of your awareness without trying to force or control......when we stop struggling we float. Be curious to see what arises from the stillness for you.
