One Hour Restful Sound Healing Experience.

DEEP PEACE is a new offering by me (Angie Latham) of Sacred Earth Sound Therapy in responce to many feeling "frazzled" by fast paced technology and chaotic world events.

I have been called to offer a very deep but gentle sound balm that will sooth and calm.  Using only carefully selected Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and soft Angelic Chimes , I will expertly weave harmoic musical intervals which have been scientifically proven to produce a profoundly deep and restful state of brainwave bliss and relaxation.

Bathing in these soothing mathamatical harmonics the the mind will quickly calm and the body will move into the parasympathetic state of 'Rest & Repair'

Blood pressure drops, heart beat slows down , peace and stillness wash over you. Float in bliss for 45 minutes and then rest in silence to allow the vibrations to settle in the body before gently coming back to full consciousness.

This short but powerful 1 hour sound meditation will ensure you leave feeling heart centerd , balanced and refreshed.

This first session will be held in The Carthouse at The Fold in Bransford near Malvern & Worcester.  

Why not turn the session into a self-care afternoon  ? 

Visit the Fold Cafe for a healthy vegetarian lunch, drink and cake. Or if you prefer some solitude , take time to walk the Fold's Nature Trail to the beautiful lake and river to sit with the birds and your thoughts.

I wish to keep this Sound Healing session super affordable for those struggling with the cost of living so have tired the ticket prices. However, if you are abundantly flowing, then please feel free to add a donation which helps keep costs down for others.  I will also be offering 2 places completely free of charge to those in financial hardship.

There is also an option to leave an extra 'tip' if you wish. 

What should I bring?

Please bring either a yoga mat , air mat or sleeping bag to lie on , a cushion or pillow for your head and a warm blanket to wrap yourself in during the meditation. If you have problems lying on the floor you are welcome to bring your own recliner garden chair to sit back in. Mats are not provided by me but you are welcome to use the Carthouse mats if you pop them back at the end. 

Just lie back and relax as you are taken through a gentle meditation followed by 45 minutes of sublime sound and vibrations.

Sacred Earth Sound Therapy

Contraindications - 

This session may not suitable for those with heart conditions or pacemakers , those who suffer from epilepsy, ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from acute mental illness. If in doubt please message us for more info. I may use a small amount of natural oil incense to cleanse the space before guests arrive. If you have an allergy or are sensitive to incense please advise me via email before attending the session.

Terms & Conditions of sale:

By buying a ticket you agree that you have read and understood the contraindications. Unfortunately I cannot offer transfers to other dates. If you need to cancel your ticket please get in touch so I can try and fill your space. If I am succesful I can only then issue a refund.  

Illness / Covid - 19 info :

Sound Baths are very low risk events. It is the responsibility of each client to take any extra personal precautions which may be needed. If you have any symptoms of an infectious illness please do not attend. If you have a cough please do not attend for the consideration of others relaxation. By purchasing tickets you agree to the above conditions. No transfers given to alternative dates. Refunds are given if the ticket can be resold or if the event is cancelled by myself . No refunds issued if event is cancelled due to Governmental intervention beyond my control e.g lockdowns/restrictions.

Bad Weather Policy :

We regret that due to high costs transfers or refunds can only be issued if we cancel an event. It is down to personal choice and individual circumstances to decide if you wish to stay home or attend a session during bad weather or floods.
