Welcome to this beautiful afternoon Chakra Cleanse Retreat! 

According to ancient wisdom the chakras (Sanskrit for wheels) are energy points through which our life force travels, helping to promote physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.

These chakras coincide with specific energy systems in the body, which are centres for information with their own glands, hormones, chemicals & energy, responsible for different aspects of our physical, mental & emotional health.

Balancing & cleansing & aligning the chakras is a really powerful practice. It creates a deep sense of wellbeing as your energy or prana starts to flow & your body works in alignment & balance just as it is perfectly designed to do.

During the Chakra Cleanse we will practice mudras, mantras, meditation, breath work & Kundalini & Yin yoga accompanied by the beautiful healing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Sacred Gong to feel balanced, cleansed & in alignment in mind body & soul.

Contraindications for Sound Baths

Not recommended for  people in the first trimester of pregnancy. People with electronic implants such as pacemakers. People who are suffering from sound induced epilepsy or those with serious, acute or unmedicated mental illness. By booking a ticket you agree to have read and understood these conditions.

General Terms & Conditions

£25 forms a non refundable deposit on booking. Cancellations made before Friday 16th September refund will be given minus deposit. Cancellations after Friday 16th September no refunds given unless we can resell the ticket. Tickets are non-transferable to another date but you may transfer/sell your ticket to another person if notifying us of the change in attendee name. If we cancel the event we will issue a full refund.
