Intraoral for TMJ and Headache Relief: 6-hour CE*

Chronic jaw tension, teeth grinding, and persistent headaches can significantly impact a client’s quality of life—and often go unresolved with standard massage techniques. This 6-hour hands-on CE course dives deep into the anatomy, function, and dysfunction of the TMJ complex and surrounding structures.

You’ll learn safe and effective external and intraoral techniques that target the muscles and fascia contributing to jaw tension and referred head pain. We’ll cover proper sanitation, communication strategies for client comfort, and contraindications to ensure confident, therapeutic work.

Whether you're working with clients experiencing stress-related clenching or diagnosed TMJD, this course will enhance your skills and offer powerful new tools for lasting relief.

Note: Gloves are required for intraoral work. All materials will be provided.

This course will be held in my first floor home studio in South Elgin with all of the amenities of home. You are welcome to bring snacks, use my fridge and/or microwave, refill water etc. I have three treatment tables available, so in most cases, participants will not need to bring their own. However, if registration exceeds that number, I may kindly ask an attendee to bring a table. I will confirm in advance if this is needed.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may cancel up to 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. After that point, no refunds will be given, but you may send someone in your place. Class fees are not transferable to another workshop.

Class Minimum: A minimum of 8 participants is required. If the class is canceled by Sacred Spirit Bodyworks, you will receive a full refund.

Weather Policy:
If class is canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued. If the class runs and you are unable to attend due to conditions, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 administrative fee.
