Need help?
Join us for a beautiful Samhain Drum Circle, blessing and healing journey as we honour and celebrate the
life and love of our dear ancestors in spirit through the powerful heart beat of the drum, medicine songs, restorative meditation and healing the mind, body and soul in a safe and nurturing environment.
It is widely believed in many cultural traditions that the veil
between the living and the dead is particularly thin on Samhain which makes for
an easier connection to those we have lost.
So we will celebrate this on Sunday by acknowledging their life
and wonderful memories in a beautiful setting.
Please feel free to bring any personal items connected to your loved one such as a photo, piece of jewellery or similar to place around the
alter on this event.
Together, we will create a powerful and heart-centred drum circle, sharing medicine songs and sacred rhythms that connect us to the wisdom of the Earth and our own inner guidance. Through guided shamanic journeying, you will have the opportunity to receive insight, healing, and messages from the spirit world.
The afternoon will also include chakra-balancing chanting and breathwork practices designed to harmonise your energy, deepen your presence, and awaken your natural vitality. Whether you are new to shamanic practices or have walked this path for many years, you are warmly welcomed.
Held in a cosy barn studio for winter offerings, within nurturing energy of ancient Sussex woodland and an invitation to connect with like-minded souls, share community, and celebrate life, health and abundance.
WHAT THE 2 HOUR DRUM CIRCLE CEREMONY INCLUDES:
This is a two hour ceremonial celebration that is broken up into four sections to aid flow, healing and empowerment.
Connecting and sharing
Connecting with the drum and the heartbeat of mother earth
Voice healing and chakra balancing
Deep restorative shamanic mediation and journeying
Fire ceremony to honour our loved ones
WHY SHAMANIC DRUMMING IS SO POWERFUL:
Because we connect and embody rhythm
We imprint our heartbeat onto the drum
Ignite our creativity, inner child, and creative expression
Ground ourselves with mother earth and plant and animal spirits
Helps us to remember past traditions of drumming as a community
Connect and honour our ancestors
Waking up the body mind and spirit
Provide healing and wisdom through the drum
These circles are an opportunity to journey inward, to reconnect, to listen, to express, to release and to remember.
A restorative practice for body, voice, spirit and soul.
A space to honour what has been, gently let go of what no longer needs to come with you, and consciously step towards what wants to emerge.
Bring your voice, your open heart, your intentions and your willingness to journey, and the drum and I will meet you there.
