Starting university is a big step — full of excitement, change, and new possibilities. But it can also feel a little overwhelming. That’s why we’d love for you to join us for Mindful Beginnings — a calm, friendly space to ease into student life with clarity, confidence, and connection.
Here’s what’s in store:
📝 Intention-Setting Workshop
Begin your day by gently reflecting on what you want from the year ahead. In this guided session, you’ll set intentions that align with your values, goals, and hopes — no pressure, just thoughtful moments to centre yourself.
🧘♀️ Morning Yoga
Flow into a beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you feel grounded, relaxed, and more at home in your body. No need for prior experience — just come as you are.
🥗 Togetherness Lunch
Share a wholesome meal with fellow students and staff. This is a low-pressure, welcoming chance to chat, connect, and begin building the friendships and support network that will carry you through your time here.
Whether you’re feeling curious, nervous, or somewhere in between, this is your moment to pause, breathe, and step into your new chapter feeling supported and inspired.
Open to all new ICMP and SAE students.
No experience needed — just bring yourself, an open heart, and maybe a comfy jumper.
