Kick off Freshers' Week with an evening of live music, great vibes, and new connections! Join us on Monday 15 September, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, for our Freshers Open Mic Night + Social.

Whether you're ready to take to the stage or simply want to sit back and enjoy the performances, this is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow students, support local talent, and soak up the atmosphere. From singers and musicians to poets and comedians, everyone is welcome! 🎶

Perform, cheer on your friends, or simply enjoy a fantastic evening of entertainment.

Open to all new ICMP and SAE students. Enjoy pizza, networking, and drinks while getting to know your new student community.

ID Cards 🪪

It is important that all new students have their ID card ready for the start of term, as you will need it to access The Spine and other campus facilities.

If you have already submitted your photo, you will be able to collect your ID card from The Spine during this event. Please report to Reception upon arrival.

If you have not yet submitted a photo, please do so as soon as possible to help us prepare your ID card in advance. While we will have a facility available to take photos on campus on Monday, this may result in a delay to receiving your card, so we strongly encourage you to submit your photo before arriving.

As tickets for the Open Mic Night are limited, don't worry if you are unable to attend the event itself. You are still welcome to visit The Spine during the day to collect your ID card.
