Hazard Alley Tour - February Half Term
Join us at Hazard Alley on Tuesday the 17th February for a tour of the Centre with morning and afternoon sessions available.
These dates are for children aged 6-14 years and their responsible adult aged 18 or over. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the tour. Children under 6 years are unable to attend. Adults cannot book tickets without a child.

Arrival at 10.15am for the morning Tour or 1.00pm for the afternoon Tour of Hazard Alley. Each Tour lasts around 2 hours where you will be taken around the Safety Village by one of our trained guides for the fully immersive experience.

Who is this tour for? Tours are for children aged between 6 years to 14 years and their responsible adult aged 18 or over who must accompany them during their tour. Adults are not able to attend the tours on their own without a child. 1 adult can accompany up to 3 children.
Can we buy tickets for younger siblings? Unfortunately we are unable to welcome under 6's to the Safety Centre. Our tours are designed for primary aged children in years 2-6 (aged 6-11) and we do not have facilities for under 6's. Please note if you book a child's ticket for children 6yrs+ and attend with a child under 6 years old you will be refused entry and will not receive a refund.
Will the tour be suitable for older siblings over 14 years old? Our tours are designed for primary aged + children, please contact us.
How much do tickets cost? Tickets cost £15.00 for children, Adults £5.00. These prices include VAT and our VAT number is 716241458. Each child will also receive a workbook and additional information to take home.
Where can I park? We have free onsite parking outside the front of our building. There is also an overflow carpark at the back of our building. If you are using this carpark, please walk around to the front of our centre by using the grey gate at the side of our building.
Disabled access: Our centre is wheelchair friendly and we also have a disabled access toilet on site.
We have a child with SEN how will you support us during our tour? Please include any SEN information that you'd like our teams to be aware of when completing your booking. Our staff will seek to adapt your tour to ensure your group enjoys your visit to Hazard Alley. Please call our team on 01908 263009 to discuss any questions you have around your booking. We may group families with SEN children together.
What time do we need to arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour to get settled into groups. You may be grouped with others depending on the size of your booking party. Groups will be made of approximately 6 people.
Can we bring dogs? The only animals permitted in the centre are guide dogs.
Do you have toilets? Yes we do. We have female and male toilets and a disabled toilet.
Do you sell refreshments? No, we have no facilities for refreshments.
Is there somewhere to leave bags? Please only bring essential items that you can carry into our education centre. We do have a briefing room where you can leave coats and drinks bottles but these will be left at your own risk. The Safety Centre Charity takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items you bring into the centre.
Cancellation policy – in the event of low demand or other circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to cancel this event and refund all monies.
