Join us for a group hypnobirthing class in the heart of Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne. You will have the opportunity to meet like minded couples and start to develop the invaluable bonds formed between new parents. Joining a group class gives you a space to ask questions, and receive answers in real time, and learn class discussions.

You and your partner will be left feeling empowered, excited about the birth of your baby, with a sense of calm confidence.

What will we cover?
My hypnobirthing course is complete antenatal education and comprehensive hypnobirthing preparation. It includes:

• The physiology of childbirth
• Relaxation scripts
• Breathing techniques
• Empowering questions for caregivers
• Induction of labour
• What happens after baby is born

What point in pregnancy should I attend?
You will likely get the most out of the course if you attend from the second trimester onwards until about 36 weeks of pregnancy. Giving yourself time between completing the course, and baby's due date, gives you plenty of opportunity to practice your relaxations, watch or read positive birth stories, and read additional material.

How many attend the class?
The class will be capped at a maximum of six couples to allow space for everyone to get a chance to ask questions and form bonds.

What's the early bird discount?
Save £10 when you book before 21 June and pay in full. Total £255.00.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay a £50 deposit (refundable for a seven day period) to secure your space. You can then pay in two more instalments, via BACS, which are due a week before the class commences. This does not apply to the early bird discount option. 

Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes, you have a seven day window in which to cancel, after booking, and you will receive a full refund. After this time payments are non-refundable. Payments are also non-refundable from a week before the class commences.
