Ask a Former IJ

Have you ever wished you could talk with an Immigration Judge about removal defense? This online event presents an opportunity to ask a former Immigration Judge questions about any aspect of presenting cases in immigration court. This session features former IJ David Koelsch, who sat in the Baltimore and Hyattsville, MD Immigration Courts from 2018-2025. Participation in this session is limited, in order to ensure that all participants have an opportunity to ask questions.
