Ask a Former IJ

Have you ever wished you could talk with an Immigration Judge about removal defense? This online event presents an opportunity to ask a former Immigration Judge questions about any aspect of presenting cases in immigration court. This session features former IJ Brea Burgie, who presided over detained and non-detained dockets in Aurora and Denver, CO until June 2026. Participation in this session is limited, in order to ensure that all participants have an opportunity to ask questions.
