Description
The Saint Andrews Society of San Francisco is excited to announce the 159th Annual Banquet & Ball, a signature event known for its relaxed yet opulent and festive evening celebrating Scottish culture at The Holidays. This year, the gala invites the society to partake in a night of philanthropy and celebration.
The evening will begin around 6 p.m. with arrival cocktails and entertainment, followed by a seated dinner at 7 p.m. Savor gourmet Scottish dishes, from haggis to clootie dumplings, prepared by skilled chefs and served with style and panache. Experience enchanting melodies with pipers, Highland dancers, and world-class fiddlers, celebrating Scotland's musical heritage.
The evening culminates in a spirited Ceilidh dance, where guests partake in the age-old Scottish dance tradition, forging unforgettable memories amidst the company of kilted and like-minded individuals.
Don’t know the steps? Scottish Country Dancing Caller Juliet Davoren will be on hand to help you out.
The board and trustees of The Saint Andrews Society of San Francisco welcome you to share in this exceptional celebration, embracing tradition, philanthropy, and cherished memories at our 159th Annual Banquet & Ball. Together, we work to elevate Scottish culture and extend support to those in need.
