Festive Fun with Father Christmas

Father Christmas is stopping by Salford with a visit to Lark Hill Place!

We are once again delighted to welcome families to Salford Museum & Art Gallery during select Saturdays in December, before opening hours, to celebrate Christmas.

All families will have a meet and greet with Father Christmas and the opportunity to take plenty of photos. Beyond this, we will have a range of fun activities available for attendees of all ages!

Ticket options

For children aged 3 and above, the ticket includes: A story time session with Father Christmas, crafts, a pick & mix playtime area and a small gift. For food, there be a DIY Santa snacks as well as a complimentary hot chocolate or juice.

For children under 3, entry will be free, but we kindly ask that you book a ticket. PLEASE NOTE there is no gift or food offer included with this ticket. We will, however, have some sensory play materials available.

The adult ticket includes: a complimentary sweet treat and unlimited tea or filter coffee. Food items on offer can be adapted to suit dietary restrictions, please see below for further instructions.

Recommended for ages 4+, but appropriate for all ages. Book early to avoid disappointment!

• Should anyone in your group have a dietary restriction, please select the ticket option which highlights this so the café staff can be notified accordingly. You will be given the option to tell us your exact requirements when checking out.
• The café will not be open for breakfast service.
• All adults and children in attendance must purchase or reserve a ticket to enter the building. Tables will be arranged based on the number of people in your booking. Children must have a parent or guardian with them at all times during the event. The museum has a private Pay & Display car park. All parking is paid for on arrival either online, over the phone or by using the onsite machine.
