Classes cannot be booked through Saltash Studios - all bookings are taken directly by Hannah.

This class is a blend of Hatha yoga postures, breath and mindful movement designed to leave you feeling relaxed, rested and revitalised.

We begin with slow mindful movements and move through a variety of yoga postures and sequences to open the body and build mind body connection with mindful breath awareness. A gentle yet challenging approach. Building practices slowly allows the body to adapt and nervous system time to integrate and settle into rest and relax mode. We close each class with a breath practice and a whole-body relaxation.

This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate levels.

Please bring a mat & blanket and eye pillow (if you have one)

Teacher info:

Hannah is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals. She is passionate about natural human movement and women’s health. She teaches Hatha and Scaravelli inspired yoga, a gentle yet challenging yoga in which we learn to listen deeply, cultivate receptivity and increase awareness. The practice works with gravity and relaxation through exhalation to quiet the mind and bring us back to our centred selves.

Her specialist training in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Menopause Yoga allows her to offer a supportive and nurturing space to help women through the pregnancy, perimenopause and beyond.

Hannah has a warm and welcoming approach making her classes inclusive and accessible to everybody. She offers a range of classes to support all ages and abilities these also include Mindful Strength Yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Beginners Yoga and Day Retreats in Cornwall.
