WORKSHOP: Eco Festive Decorations

This relaxed making session focuses on creating festive decorations using materials that are easy to source at home: sustainably sourced paper, old books and magazines, paint, tissue paper and even tangerine peel.

We will use a mix of basic origami and simple paper-craft techniques to turn these everyday materials into thoughtful, handmade pieces. You will create a gorgeous little mushrooms, paper stars and christmas tree ornament.

The workshop is designed as a slow, quiet and creative space. There is no pressure to be perfect - just time to explore materials, fold, cut, assemble and see what takes shape. You will be guided to make each decorations, using colours, textures and papers that feel right to you.

You will leave with a set of handmade decorations and a few simple techniques you can easily continue at home.

This workshop is led by Agnieszka Zajac , an artist who specialises in mixed media, surreal art. She works with paper and collage, layering, cutting and creating beautiful works of art. She studied Visual Art, Interiors Design, Humanities and Art Therapy and is based in Plymouth where her studios is filled with old books, vintage magazines, photographs and retro postcards.
