WORKSHOP: Three Wise Men

Three Wise Men: a study in pattern.

Join me for this festive, November workshop where we will redesign the Three Wise Men using rubber stamps and ink pads in a variety of colours. With a selection of pre-cut stamps of simple geometric shapes and new stamps that we will cut on the day, we will create three different and distinct patterns on paper. 

We will cleverly combine shapes and colours to achieve our desired effect: from harmonious and calming to bold and contrasting. By cutting and combining our three different patterns we will mix and match them to dress our Wise Men, collaging their robes and headscarves as we go. 

With our stamps we will also create their crowns, the gifts they are carrying and all the trimmings and details of their attire giving each one of them their distinct personality. I can’t wait to see you all and witness the new patterns awaiting to be discovered!
