Description
This is a beautiful linear walk along the River Crouch from North Fambridge, using the train service from Althorne station to return to the start. There’s an early opportunity to spot wildlife in the Blue House Farm Nature Reserve, and the expansive views of the river and landscape are breathtaking. There is an optional lunch stop at Crouch Ridge Vineyard, one of the top vineyards in the Dengie wine region, near the end of the walk.
