This very pleasant (and relatively undemanding) walk of 6.5 miles meanders through typical Essex farmland and provides a great opportunity to visit three excellent examples of village pubs in the Thurstable Hundred of Essex.

All of the pubs on the walk serve a good selection of food and drink, including local real ales.

Walk Highlight: A visit to the Swan at Little Totham, which has twice been voted the best pub in the UK by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
