Artisan chocolate making masterclass with Noble and Stace
Join West Sussex based, award-winning Noble and Stace Chocolatiers for a morning of making fresh cream truffles and your own unique solid chocolate Tablettes. With a maximum of 10 people you will learn how to make ganache fillings, pipe truffles and design your bars using striking coloured cocoa butters.
Most importantly, and often a skill that escapes people at home, we learn a simple way of tempering chocolate.
This practical and fun workshop lasts around 3 hours, with you making everything yourselves under the supervision of Head Chocolatier, Mike.
By the end of the class you'll go home with everything you create. That's around 20 decadent fresh cream truffles and 3 Tablettes. There will also be chocolate for you to sample during the morning!
Please note we need a minimum of 8 budding chocolatiers for this masterclass to run
