Plymouth Santa Fun Run 2026

The Plymouth Santa Fun Run is a 2.5 km or 5 km festive event, with all participants dressed in Santa suits. The route takes runners past many of the iconic sights of historic Plymouth. The Fun Run is not a race - it’s designed to be enjoyable for everyone, including families and spectators. The event is suitable for all ages and abilities, including families with young children.

The event is organised by the Saltram Rotary Club and raises money for two important local charities: Shekinah (supporting people experiencing street homelessness in the city) and Hugs Children’s Cancer Charity (providing support for children and their families affected by cancer).

Collection Times
You can collect your Santa suits and runners’ bibs between 3 pm and 7 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturday on the following dates:

• Monday 30th November
• Wednesday 2nd December
• Friday 4th December
• Saturday 5th December

We've planned ahead for 2026! Following last year's unprecedented cancellation due to the Storm - the first in the event's history - we've been working closely with our partners to develop a contingency plan. While we fully expect the Santa Fun Run to take place as planned, if extreme weather were ever to prevent the event from going ahead, our aim is to offer an alternative festive experience at an indoor venue, so participants can still come together, take part and support two incredible local charities.
