What You Need to Know:

• Comfort Essentials: Please bring your own pillow, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be lying on a floor mat for the duration of the session, so feel free to bring additional cushions or pillows to ensure your comfort.
• Arrival: Please arrive at 10am.
• Location: Please note that this event is being hosted in my new location on Royal Wootton Basset High Street.
• Parking: There is free parking available on the High Street on Sundays as well as free parking in  the car park behind Sainsburys for just 70p for the day.
