The Dracott Cup Polo Fundraiser

Sam Dracott is hosting his first ever charity polo day in Surrey and you’re invited! The Dracott Cup brings together celebrities, influencers and brands for an unforgettable afternoon of polo in support of Redwings Horse Sanctuary.
On the field you’ll see Harlow White, Paige Turley, Meg Elphick, Silly Prune, James Taylor, Demir and Sam Dracott taking part in the matches, with meet & greets throughout the day.
(Please note: Harlow will not be doing a meet and greet, but you’ll get to see her play live on the pitch)

These Terms and Conditions apply to The Dracott Cup Polo Fundraiser on Saturday 18 October 2025 at Ash Farm Polo, Ottershaw, Surrey. This is an arena polo event. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to the following.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organisers. Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented on arrival, either digitally or printed. Junior tickets are valid for ages 5–16. Children under 5 attend free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Entry will only be permitted with a valid ticket. Numbers are limited to 120 attendees. Please note this is a standing event with only a limited number of seats available. No dogs allowed on premises.
Alcohol will be served at the event. Guests must be 18 or over to purchase or consume alcohol. ID may be requested and must be shown on request. The organisers and catering staff reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or is considered intoxicated.
The organisers reserve the right to amend the advertised schedule, timings, or line-up if required. The event will go ahead in all weather unless deemed unsafe. In the case of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, the programme may be altered or cancelled.
Scheduled appearances include Sam Dracott, Paige Turley, Meg Elphick, Silly Prune, James Taylor, and Demir. Meet and greet opportunities will be available with the above names during the day. Please note that Harlow will be playing in the polo matches but will not be doing a meet and greet. All appearances are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be offered due to line-up changes.
Confirmed brands include Bad Cowgirl, Albion, Black Hound Sports, alongside additional stalls and exhibitors. A welcome drink is included with every ticket. Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the day.
All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, players, animals and fellow attendees. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave inappropriately. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Dogs are not permitted at the venue, except for registered assistance dogs.
Photography and filming will take place during the event for promotional and media purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. If you would prefer not to appear on camera, please inform a member of staff on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate this. Guests are welcome to take personal photos, but professional filming or photography for commercial purposes requires prior approval from the organisers.
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property, unless caused by negligence. Attendance is at the guest’s own risk.
