The algorithm is churning out video after video of your worst birth fears, your mate's telling you not to bother with a birth plan because you just can't plan for these things. 

You're thinking 'what if I can't cope?' 

'What if this happens or that happens?'

'What if it hurts like absolute hell?' 

There is so much information out there, sometimes it just feels like too much and you just want someone to make sense of it all and whittle it down to what really matters. 

You don't want to feel like you're just on a conveyor belt and you want more than what the NHS has to offer. 

You've maybe heard of hypnobirthing and you'd like to dip your toe in, but you don't just want another generic online course. You want to speak to a human, who lives in the local area and is aware of your options within and outside of the medical system.

90 minutes of your time, you can either attend the live workshop during your lunch break or watch later at your leisure as the recording will be sent out following the live Zoom session.
