Celebrate the rich heritage of English classical music in an evening devoted to two of the Baroque era’s most influential composers, George Frideric Handel and Henry Purcell accompanied by an English feast, designed by michelin star chefs from The Pickle Shack. This special gala concert brings together some of the most majestic, expressive, and enduring works written for the English stage, performed by acclaimed musicians whose artistry has been celebrated internationally. Set within the historic surroundings of Sand House, the Opening Gala promises an evening of exceptional music, elegant dining, and refined hospitality.

The gala will take place on 7th August from 17:00 until 22:00. Guests are invited to arrive via the grounds, where dedicated parking will be available and clearly signposted to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Smart or formal evening attire is warmly encouraged, reflecting the elegance and splendour of the occasion. With only a limited number of 100 guests invited to this exclusive opening gala, early reservation is strongly recommended.
