Sandpipers 2025 Holiday Homes Tour

Ring in the most festive time of the year at our 33rd Annual Holiday Homes Tour, a favorite South Bay event that blends stunning holiday decor, gift shopping, community spirit and lots of cheer! 

This year's tour showcases five stunning homes, including a Saturday-only history home and expanded holiday market locations. Each home will be exquisitely decorated and transformed for the season by talented local designers, florists and artisans.

Find the perfect gifts at our two bustling holiday markets, located on the property of one of the tour homes (ticket required) and inside the Neptunian Woman's Club (no ticket required). Each holiday market will feature jewelry, unique home goods, clothing and more! Savor seasonal bites, specialty cocktails, wine and spirits at both holiday markets while you shop.

Discover the magic of the season as you step inside beautifully decorated homes, sip festive drinks, shop unique holiday finds, and stroll through one of our community’s most beloved traditions.

Ridesharing is encouraged, with public parking available nearby.

For the privacy of the homeowners, addresses and other event details will be released closer to the weekend tour dates.

Holiday Homes Tour Ticket Cost:
General Admission: $45 Available until December 4, 2025 at 11:59pm
Event Weekend: $50 From December 5, 2025 at 12:00am

Home Tour - Dates & Times:
December 5, 2025: 10:00am - 5:00pm
December 6, 2025: 10:00am - 5:00pm
December 7, 2025: 10:00am - 1:00pm
Please note the earlier closing time for Sunday.

Holiday Homes Tour Frequently Asked Questions:

Do children need a ticket? All Children over the age of three (3) need a ticket. Children under three (3) are free but must be carried or hand-held through the homes.

Are there bathrooms available on the tour? No, but you are welcome to use the bathrooms at Neptunian Woman's Club. There are no public restrooms available at the homes.

Do I need a ticket to enter the Holiday Market and Café at the Neptunian Woman's Club? No. It is free to shop at the Holiday Market and café throughout the entire event weekend. No ticket is required to enter.

When is the tour? December 5-7, 2025. Friday and Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm. Sunday hours are 10:00am - 1:00pm & the Holiday Market at the Neptunian will stay open until 3:00pm. Please note that the last entry to the homes is 15 min prior to the tour close times.

Are tickets refundable? No. All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, please consider your purchase a donation to our organization. 

What type of shoes should I wear? Flat, comfortable shoes for walking and stairs. Please note that all of the homes on the tour have several flights of stairs. All guests will be asked to wear booties (shoe covers) when walking through the homes. High-heeled shoes are not allowed inside the homes, and attendees will be asked to remove high heels before entering each home.

Will there be transportation provided between the homes? There is no transportation provided. We encourage ridesharing or biking.

Where do I park? Public parking is available throughout the South Bay, and street parking may be available, but limited, near some of the homes. We encourage attendees to consider ride sharing and carpooling with friends and family.
