Now in its second year, Sand & Strings Music Festival is the only festival of its kind in Mexico's breathtaking Riviera Nayarit. With two stages featuring 15 carefully selected artists from North America's vibrant alternative country, folk, roots, bluegrass and blues scene, this all-ages, community-focused event is guaranteed to be a great time.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of festival cancellation. In the case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the festival may be postponed. If rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and refunds will not be issued unless the event is fully canceled.

Health Advisory: Sayulita is a vibrant destination with a unique environment. Attendees are encouraged to take all necessary health precautions. Refunds will not be granted due to illness, travel advisories, or community health concerns, including reports of stomach bugs or similar conditions.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 24 hours before the event.

Festival Rules & Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to comply with all festival rules and regulations. Sand & Strings Music Festival is not liable for personal injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages occurring on festival grounds. Attendees enter the event at their own risk.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all. Disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed without refund.

Photography & Video Release

By attending Sand & Strings Music Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The festival reserves the right to use any images or recordings for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol will be available for purchase to attendees of legal drinking age. All attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Sand & Strings Music Festival and its vendors are not responsible for incidents or consequences related to alcohol consumption.

Child Attendance

Sand & Strings Music Festival is a family-friendly event. However, children must be supervised at all times. The festival is not responsible for the safety or supervision of minors.

Con dos escenarios que presentan a 15 artistas cuidadosamente seleccionados de las vibrantes escenas de country alternativo, folk, roots, bluegrass y blues de Norteamérica, este evento comunitario para todas las edades garantiza una experiencia inolvidable.

Política de Reembolsos

Los boletos no son reembolsables, excepto en caso de cancelación del festival. En caso de clima severo u otras circunstancias imprevistas, el festival podría ser pospuesto. Si se reprograma, los boletos seguirán siendo válidos para la nueva fecha y no se emitirán reembolsos a menos que el evento sea cancelado por completo.

Sayulita es un destino vibrante con un entorno único. Se recomienda a los asistentes tomar todas las precauciones de salud necesarias. No se otorgarán reembolsos por enfermedades, advertencias de viaje o preocupaciones sanitarias comunitarias, incluidas las relacionadas con reportes de problemas estomacales u otras condiciones similares.

Transferencia de Boletos

Los boletos son transferibles. Si no puedes asistir, puedes transferir tu boleto a otra persona contactándonos al menos 24 horas antes del evento.

Reglas del Festival y Exención de Responsabilidad

Al comprar un boleto, los asistentes aceptan cumplir con todas las reglas y normativas del festival. Sand & Strings Music Festival no se hace responsable de lesiones personales, objetos perdidos o robados, ni de daños ocurridos en el recinto del festival. Los asistentes ingresan al evento bajo su propio riesgo.

Código de Conducta

Estamos comprometidos a fomentar un ambiente seguro y acogedor para todos. No se tolerará un comportamiento disruptivo, peligroso o irrespetuoso. Las personas que violen estas normas podrán ser retiradas del festival sin derecho a reembolso.

Autorización de Fotografía y Video

Al asistir a Sand & Strings Music Festival, das tu consentimiento para ser fotografiado, filmado o grabado. El festival se reserva el derecho de utilizar cualquier imagen o grabación con fines promocionales, de marketing o informativos.

Política de Alcohol

Habrá alcohol disponible para la compra por parte de los asistentes que cumplan con la edad legal para consumirlo. Se espera que todos los asistentes consuman alcohol de manera responsable. Sand & Strings Music Festival y sus proveedores no se responsabilizan por incidentes o consecuencias relacionadas con el consumo de alcohol.

Asistencia de Menores

Sand & Strings Music Festival es un evento familiar. Sin embargo, los niños deben estar supervisados en todo momento. El festival no se hace responsable de la seguridad o supervisión de menores.
