Do you feel a deep connection to Mother Earth?

Our ancestors did. The seasons and the storms shaped their lives. The sun and the rain nurtured their crops. The river flowing nearby offered drinking water and a place to bathe. The stars led them home at night.

Our lives today are different and often disconnected. Yet, the vitality and resilience of Mother Earth offers us lessons. In this retreat series, we will mine both ancient and contemporary voices to find the wisdom of Mother Earth. Looking deeply at nature, we will look for meaning for our own lives and our faith. Through it all, we will search for the Holy.

Each retreat day will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Campbell West (behind Woodmont Christian Church). A delicious healthy lunch and snacks will be served.

Space in this three-part series will be limited to 12 people. That allows us to form a community to understand and share our learning, our questions and our struggles.
